Kuba is a retired detection canine from the United States Border Patrol. Kuba worked in the Tucson Sector from June of 2009 until November of 2012. In November of 2016, Kuba became lame on his rear-right leg and would not place any weight on it. He needed to see a vet to diagnose the issue. Kuba had an inflamed hock and needed pain medication and rest for 21 days. We are happy to help with his care and to say he is getting better.
