If you would like to receive assistance for your retired law enforcement canine, please fill out the required fields below and attach any required documents. You need to provide proof of your law enforcement canine's service and retirement, a photograph of your retired canine and if applicable, your latest veterinarian invoice.

Retired Paws is a non-profit organization and operates solely on donations, aid may be limited, and would be distributed on a case-by-case basis. Your truthful answers below help us prioritize requests.
Assistance may be provided for the following:
- Veterinary Visits
- Medical Procedures
- Prescription Medication
- Prescription Food
- Euthanasia
REIMBURSEMENT:

* Amount of reimbursement will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on available funding and the amount of aid requests.

Aid may be distributed in the following ways:

Reimbursement: If within the last 60 days, you paid for a medical procedure, prescription medications, prescription food, and or a vet visit for your retired service canine, you will be required to submit proof of payment.

Scheduled appointments (cannot be same day of application): If you have an appointment scheduled for your retired service canine, you may submit the quote from the veterinarian and it may be possible to fund the procedure/appointment directly to the provider.
